University Studies

My career began in 2002 and since then I have worked on multiple projects, independently or in collaborations; I graduated as a General Practitioner in 2008, then in 2013 I entered my Specialization as Gynecologist - Obstetrician until 2016, later in 2020 I entered my Sub - Specialization as Perinatologist (Maternal - Fetal) until 2022. I am proud of my work and the lasting relationships I have created with my patients. I believe in hard work and making collaboration an educational experience.

Ultrasound Evaluation with 3D Reconstruction with high-resolution static images and 4D with high-resolution moving images, ideally between the 26th and 30th week.  

FETAL ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY

Comprehensive Evaluation of the Heart of the Fetus, for early detection of Cardiac Malformations.

FETAL NEUROSONOGRAPHY

Comprehensive Evaluation of the Brain and Spinal Cord of the Fetus, for Early Detection of Malformations of the Central Nervous System.

FETO-PLACENTAL DOPPLER ULTRASOUND • HEMODYNAMIC ASSESSMENT OF THE FETUS AND PLACENTAL CIRCULATION

Evaluation of the Fetal and Placental Circulation, in cases of Alterations in its Adequate Growth, and Detection of Fetal Anemia.

DOPPLER ULTRASONOGRAPHY OF PLACENTAL INSERTION • EARLY DIAGNOSIS OF PLACENTAL ACRETISM

CERVICAL CECLAGE • SUTURE PLACEMENT IN THE CERVIX OF THE UTERUS • SURGICAL PROCEDURE

Through a surgical procedure, suture placement is performed at the level of the cervix between the 12th and 14th week of pregnancy, in cases of cervical incompetence, a history of 1 or more consecutive gestational losses in the 2nd trimester or premature deliveries without symptoms, or in cases of shortening of the cervix during serial surveillance with cervicometry up to the 24th week of pregnancy. 

ULTRASOUND • FETAL BIOPHYSICAL PROFILE • FETAL WELL-BEING ASSESSMENT

Ultrasound Evaluation of Weight, Fetal Movements, Respiratory Movements, Muscle Tone and measurement of Amniotic Fluid for Evaluation of Fetal Well-being, in conjunction with Fetal Monitoring.

OBSTETRIC ULTRASOUND • BASIC EVALUATION I LEVEL • FOR MONITORING OF FETAL WEIGHT

Basic Evaluation of Level I, to monitor adequate Growth and Fetal Weight.

TRANSVAGINAL OBSTETRIC ULTRASOUND • EARLY PREGNANCY

Evaluation of the location of the gestational sac after the 5th week, visualize cardiac activity to determine the viability and evolution of the pregnancy after the 6th week, confirm the Gestational Age, number of embryos and their chorionicity, review of the Uterus and its annexes.
